Library Moves Forward with a New Strategic Plan
After many months of attending meetings, hosting focus groups, and reviewing surveys, the Board of Trustees and the Strategic Planning Committee of the library have unanimously approved going forward with the 2007-2010 Strategic Plan.
Director Paula Polk, the trustees, and the staff will now begin the process of prioritizing the goals. Library departments will then plan how to best implement these goals.
